Every organisation needs a plan for how it will respond in the event of a crisis — an unforeseen event or circumstance that creates difficulty, instability or even danger, and which demands action.
This three-part video series will introduce you and your organisation to the process of developing a crisis response plan. Because every Alliance organisation is different, there is no “one size fits all” model. But a few important concepts can guide your own process of creating and updating your plan.
