People Serving in God's Mission: Value Statements and Related Observations
The Wycliffe Global Alliance hosted a missiological consultation for 26 participants from 22 countries on 21-24 August 2018 in Singapore. The consultation, titled People Serving in God’s Mission, sought to explore issues pertaining to best practices in Human Resource relationships in the Alliance context.
Reflections focused on how to responsibly care for people serving in God’s mission, especially in terms of values and the spiritual well-being of God’s people. Participants from Alliance Organizations discussed how to address their own Human Resources realities, as well as how to face challenges of placing personnel in other agencies.
