Room & Board

For Global Gathering 2024, the price quoted for your room includes daily dinner and breakfast at the Birchwood Hotel in Johannesburg. 

From Wednesday 30 October until Monday 4 November, lunches will be provided as part of the event. This means that for anyone arriving from the afternoon of Tuesday 29 October, all meals will be provided through to breakfast on Tuesday 5 November.

Meals

All meals are buffet-style with a wide selection of food. 

If you have allergies to particular ingredients, please alert us to this in the conference registration form. 

Alcoholic drinks are not included in the conference package.
