Global Connect 2021 Timetable
The following is a suggested schedule for the Global Connect week.
The Opening Celebration and Meeting with Stephen are the only two events that will take place at a fixed time. All other sessions are pre-recorded to allow organisations to schedule them in a way that best suits their needs.
Monday 13 September
Opening Celebration
The opening celebration will enable the Alliance community to join together in worship as we acknowledge that the glory of God is at the centre of all we do.
To recognise that Alliance organisations are spread across many time zones, the celebration event will be shown at three different times.
Duration: up to 1 hour
Audience: All Alliance organisations and personnel, office-based or working remotely. Please invite everyone associated with your organisation to attend.
Broadcast: To be broadcast “as live” at specific times.
- East: 02:00 UTC [See your local time here] 10:00 Singapore, 11:00 Japan, 12:00 Sydney, 13:00 New Zealand
- Central: 09:00 UTC [See your local time here] 10:00 UK, 11:00 Germany, 12:00 Moscow, 14:30 Mumbai
- West: 18:00 UTC [See your local time here] 08:00 Honolulu, 11:00 Pacific, 13:00 Central, 14:00 Eastern, 15:00 Rio de Janeiro
Suggestion: Why not meet with your colleagues and participate in the celebration together? You could gather in a meeting room, a church hall or watch from a home. If you can set up a camera, it would be wonderful to see everyone participating. We will provide a Zoom link for you to broadcast your participation to the rest of the Alliance.

Connect feedback
While we cannot all be present in the same place at the same time, we plan to publish elements of the discussions that have taken place during the week. This is a way for each organisation to be aware of the key highlights of the week.
Feedback instructions: Take notes during your discussions throughout the week. These can be in written or video form. At the end of the week, you will be asked to compile your thoughts and send them to the Alliance leadership.
