KAMBARI cluster project—AGWARA , AUNA, and SALKA languages; Nigeria; 450,000. A year after the Auna New Testament was completed and celebrated, the Salka New Testament was also dedicated, and over two thousand copies sold in April of 2012! Now the Agwara New Testament is being shipped back to Nigeria. Pray that the books will arrive safely. Soon the Word of God will be in the hands of all three languages in the Kambari cluster. - Tsikimba Scriptures setting: Nigeria

In March 2010, there were news stories of rioting in Nigeria. While the specific events were not in the Kambari area where the Tsikimba people live, the situation is similar. Time magazine reports that Nigeria has been wracked by periodic episodes of violence for decades. It is into this tumultuous religious setting that the complete New Testament in the Tsikimba language has been sent. Pray it will be read, understood, and have a powerful impact in the lives of the Tsikimba people.

The process of completing the Tsikimba New Testament, a language of Nigeria, has involved many struggles during 2009. Now, praise God that the final consultant check is well underway. Consultant and mentor Janie Stark is not in good health, so is working only on the Book of Acts while the rest of the team goes over remaining books. She says that it is very slow going. Please ask the Lord to give her the strength she needs to complete her part on this book.
